Global Institute of Leadership and Sustainable Economics collaborates with individuals to form private, independent and government schools at primary, secondary and university levels in developing countries. WE encourage and support the start-up and assistance of schools in both city and village communities in Africa. G of L Institute partners with schools in Africa and distributes resources: donates school supplies, teacher training, technical services, access to resources, and also recruits volunteer teachers to enhance learning experience.

One reason we at Global Hand Incorporated focus on the support and establishment of affordable or no cost primary education institutions in Africa is to increase literacy (help children and adults learn to read and write).  Education is an important first step towards increasing awareness and providing a learning foundation. This Learning foundation becomes an essential component in building leadership skills in developing communities.
